Purchase & Delivery Terms
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These terms explain how you buy store credits on EpicPixelSkin and how we deliver in-game skins. EpicPixelSkin is operated by CLIPOZA LTD. By purchasing credits or placing an order, you agree to this document together with our Terms of Use and User Agreement.
EpicPixelSkin is a marketplace for in-game items. We do not sell downloadable files, stock photos, or royalty-free artwork, and we do not grant a copyright licence in Valve, Riot, Epic, or other publisher intellectual property. Product images on the Site are for identification only.
1. Store credits
Skins are priced and paid in store credits. Credits are prepaid value for use on EpicPixelSkin only. They are not cash, not a bank deposit, and not convertible to currency except where the law requires a refund. The standard rate is 10 credits = €1. Selected bulk packages may show a lower euro price per 10 credits on the Pricing page.
Checkout is processed in euros by our payment partner (currently LuqaPay). Card networks may apply 3-D Secure. A service fee shown at checkout is added to the package or custom amount. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit.
2. What you are buying
When a listing is available for purchase, you are buying fulfilment of that in-game item to a Steam account you control, via Steam Trade, using the Steam Trade URL saved on your profile. Ownership and use of the item after delivery remain subject to Steam's subscriber agreement and the relevant game publisher's rules.
Some titles (including Valorant, League of Legends, Fortnite, Apex Legends, and Rocket League) are listed for browsing only. Purchase buttons for those titles are disabled until we offer a separate fulfilment method.
3. Steam Trade URL
For Steam-trade titles (currently Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and PUBG), you must save a valid Steam Trade URL on your profile before checkout. We snapshot that URL onto each order so we know where to send the trade. You are responsible for:
- providing a working Trade URL that includes partner and token parameters;
- keeping Steam trade holds, 2FA, and inventory restrictions in a state that can receive trades;
- accepting the trade offer on Steam within the time Steam allows.
If your Trade URL is invalid, your inventory cannot receive the item, or you do not accept the offer, delivery may be delayed or fail. We may ask you to update the URL from your profile or via support.
4. Delivery window
After a successful purchase we aim to send the skin to your saved Steam Trade URL within 7 to 10 days. Status on your profile may show waiting for delivery, processing, delivery in progress, delivered, or delivery failed. Weekends, Steam outages, trade holds, and incorrect Trade URLs can extend this window.
If we have not delivered within 10 days and the delay is not caused by your Steam account or Trade URL, contact info@epicpixelskin.com with your order details. We will complete delivery or refund the credits used for that order.
5. Refunds
- Unused credits: unused credit purchases may be refunded within 14 days of payment if no skin order has spent those credits, where consumer law requires it.
- Skin orders: once we have sent a valid Steam trade for the listed item, the order is fulfilled and is not refundable except if the item is not the listed variant or we fail to deliver as described above.
- Chargebacks after delivery may result in account suspension and recovery of the item where possible.
6. Pricing and availability
Prices and stock can change. An order is confirmed only after credits are deducted. Catalog images and descriptions may differ slightly from in-game appearance. We may cancel an order and restore credits if the item cannot be sourced at the listed specification.
7. Restricted use
You may not use EpicPixelSkin to launder items, evade Steam or publisher bans, or purchase on behalf of an account you do not control without authorisation. You may not scrape, resell catalog data, or present our listings as your own storefront.
8. Publisher IP
Counter-Strike, Dota, PUBG, Steam, and other game names and artwork belong to their respective owners. EpicPixelSkin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Krafton, Riot Games, Epic Games, or Electronic Arts unless we say so in writing.
