User Agreement

Welcome to EpicPixelSkin, operated by CLIPOZA LTD. Access to the account areas of the website (the "Site") is provided on the condition that you accept this User Agreement, the Terms of Use, and the Purchase & Delivery Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place an order.

We may update this User Agreement by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after the last-updated date is acceptance of the change.

1. Store credits

You buy store credits from the Pricing or Add Credits pages. Payments are taken in euros through our payment partner. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use that method and that billing information is accurate.

Credits are used only to pay for eligible skins on EpicPixelSkin. They have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts. Unused credits may be refunded as described in the Purchase & Delivery Terms. Remaining credits may be forfeited if we terminate your account for breach.

2. Skin purchases and delivery

Eligible listings are fulfilled by Steam Trade to the Trade URL on your profile, typically within 7–10 days. You do not receive a file download. You must keep a valid Steam Trade URL, be able to receive trades, and accept the offer on Steam.

Catalog images identify the item; they are not a licence to copy or redistribute publisher artwork. Some games are view-only and cannot be purchased until we enable another fulfilment method.

3. Registration and account security

Provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for your password, profile data (including Steam Trade URL), and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at info@epicpixelskin.com if you believe the account has been used without permission.

4. Rules of conduct

You must not:

• use the Site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or chargeback abuse;
• provide a Trade URL for an account you are not authorised to use;
• harass staff or other users;
• attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site;
• advertise third-party stores without our written permission.

5. Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and complete a purchase. You are responsible for any use of your account by others, including minors you supervise.

6. Term and termination

You may close your account by emailing info@epicpixelskin.com. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, or legal risk, with or without prior notice. Termination does not cancel completed skin deliveries or unpaid payment obligations.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free listings, or that Steam or a publisher will always allow a trade. In-game items remain subject to Steam and publisher rules after delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

You assume the risk of using the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLIPOZA LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including lost profits or lost items after a successful Steam trade). Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase is limited to the euro amount you paid for the credits spent on that order (or €5.00 if no payment was made).

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be limited under English law, including death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify CLIPOZA LTD. against claims arising from your breach of this Agreement, misuse of a Steam account, or unlawful use of the Site.

10. Applicable law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in the EEA/UK may also bring claims in their country of residence where the law requires.
