This Website is owned and operated by CLIPOZA LTD. ("EpicPixelSkin"). By accessing the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Purchases of credits and skins are also governed by the User Agreement and Purchase & Delivery Terms. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after the last-updated date is acceptance of the change.

1. Use of the Site

The Website is a catalog and checkout for in-game skins fulfilled primarily through Steam Trade. You may not:

copy, scrape, or re-transmit catalog data or product images for a competing store;
interfere with security, rate limits, or payment flows;
create an account or complete a purchase if you are under 18;
use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
frame the Website or impersonate EpicPixelSkin.

2. Intellectual property

The Website design, logo, and original text belong to CLIPOZA LTD. Game names, item names, and artwork shown in listings belong to their publishers (including Valve and others). Those materials appear only to identify items for sale. You do not receive a copyright licence in that artwork by browsing or buying a skin.

Feedback you send may be used by us without compensation.

3. Trademarks

EpicPixelSkin and related marks are ours. Third-party marks on the Website are the property of their owners. EpicPixelSkin is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Krafton, Riot Games, Epic Games, or Electronic Arts unless stated in writing.

4. Privacy

We collect account data, Steam Trade URLs, and payment references as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled by our payment partner, not stored on our servers in full.

5. Catalog accuracy

We update prices and listings regularly but do not guarantee completeness. We may revise or remove content without notice. An order is binding only after credits are deducted.

6. Linked websites

Links (including to Steam Community trade pages) are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites.

7. Website provided "as is"

The Website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You should keep your devices protected against malware.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLIPOZA LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. For a specific order, liability is limited as set out in the User Agreement. Nothing excludes liability that English law does not allow to be limited.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EpicPixelSkin against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

10. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, email info@epicpixelskin.com with a description of the work, the URL of the listing, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised. Send notices to:

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
